Start at the car park by Saint-Martin Town Hall.
(S/E) Turn right onto the Voie du Bourg; at the junction with the Chemin de Saint-Martin, turn right and continue to the top of the hill to the junction with the Chemin de Souriac.
(1) Take this on the left and continue along this path to the hamlet of Souriac.
(2) Turn right onto a path (not shown on IGN maps). Continue along this path, which leads to the hamlet of l'Abondance. Take the Impasse du Pelon opposite and continue straight on along a path to the Chemin de l'Auberge.
(3) Turn right and stay on this path. At the junction, turn right and then right again onto the Chemin du Pelon. Continue straight on until you reach the right-angled bend.
(4) Take the path opposite which leads into the forest. Continue along this path, passing the hamlet of Le Cantonnier, then Le Charron, and leaving the hamlet of Le Punton on your left as you follow a stream to the crossroads.
(5) Turn left, crossing the bridge over the stream.
Stay on this path, which becomes a stone track; continue to the top of the hill and turn left, then left again, then right, following the fence downhill.
(6) Cross a stream, then enter the woods and keep to the right on this path which winds through the woods or along the edge of the woods until you reach a junction with a tarmac road.
(7) Continue left along this road until you reach the crossroads by the wayside shrine and turn right onto Chemin de la Croix du Péage. After the hamlet of Percuray, you’ll come to a track.
(8) Take the path branching off to the right, stay on this path and cross the Lizet stream and the water reservoir. You’ll reach a tarmac road; turn right then left and continue along this path until you reach the junction with the road leading to the village of Saint-Martin.
(9) Turn right, continue along this road and pass the hamlet of Darans. At the next junction, turn left to return to the town hall car park (S/E).
