(S/E) From the car park, walk to the church and the Place de la Mairie below. Turn right onto the small road leading to Caupiac and Duc for 150m until you reach the cemetery entrance. Turn right onto a dirt track leading down to the D6.
This will take you to the Route de la Planquette.
(1) Follow it to the left for 1.2 km until you reach the farm (views of the Lot valley and the village of Mandailles stretching along a ridge).
(2) 300 metres after the farm, turn right onto a farm track lined with box trees. Continue downhill to the D6 (road linking Saint-Côme-d'Olt to Lassouts).
(3) Follow it to the left for 500 metres. Pass the Roque Haute farm on your left. Cross the bridge. Turn left onto the small road leading to Ambec (junction with the "Aveyron à pied" route coming from Saint-Côme-d'Olt) and follow it for 350 metres.
(4) Turn left onto a dirt track. Cross the Lauras stream (footbridge). Follow the stream for 400 metres. Climb up a hairpin bend to the left along a forest track for 300m. During the climb, leave the track (pay attention to the markings). Continue climbing to the right towards Sarraméjane along a path through Causse vegetation (boxwood, juniper, heather, etc.), then along a forest path to the left (path through the woods).
(5) At the Sarreméjane farm, continue climbing to the left along the small service road.
(6) At the junction with Route de Duc, continue left to return to Lassouts (pass through the beautifully restored village) (S/E).
