(S/E) Reach the Place de la Mairie. Follow Rue de l'Église for about ten metres, then turn left onto Rue de Four. After the porch, continue straight ahead along Rue du Terral (white and red markings).
(1) Leave theGR®65on your right, heading towards the bridge. Continue straight ahead. At the first crossroads, turn left onto Chemin de Costefolles. Walk alongside the cemetery and follow the Route de Mandailles on your right for 300 metres. Turn left onto the grassy path leading to La Rigaldie (beautiful buildings). In the hamlet, turn right onto the small road for 100 metres, then turn right onto a farm track. At the next crossroads, turn left to reach Martillergues (well-renovated houses).
(2) Turn right for 200 metres, then turn 90° left onto a dirt track running alongside vineyards and lined with hawthorn hedges. At the next crossroads, go up to the right towards Cinqpeyres (traditional houses).
(3) Before the hamlet, rejoin theGR®65and turn right. Go up a stony path to a crossroads and leave theGR®65coming from La Rozière.
(4) Continue straight ahead on the small road until you reach the D987 (Aubrac road). Turn left and follow it for 50 m (be careful). Cross the road and continue along the small shaded road towards La Coutarie. Leave the road to this hamlet on your right and continue towards Cassagnettes.
(5) At the first crossroads, turn left onto a dirt track that runs alongside pastures, fields and vineyards for 2 km. Descend towards Saint-Côme-d'Olt (views of the village and the convent of Malet). Pass in front of the Ouradou (a small oratory dating from 1586, a resting place for pilgrims) to reach the town walls and the town hall square (S/E).
