Parking on Rue Le Terne, Vresse-sur-Semois, at the edge of the path or at the edge of the woods.
(S/E) From the car park, return to the crossroads (memorial stone commemorating 80 years of the Maquis) and walk down Rue de la Chapelle for 300 metres, then turn right onto the path leading into the woods. The path runs along the top of the slope, then begins a gradual descent (ignore the path on the right) towards the middle of the slope to arrive a good two kilometres further on at the Les Hochets holiday site (municipality of Membre).
(1) When you reach the corner of the complex, take the stairs to reach the tarmac road at the top. Turn right to quickly reach the other road and take the road on the right uphill again (signposted "route sans issue" or "dead end"). At the last chalet, the road continues along a forest path, still slightly uphill. Keep right at the fork and then, 500 metres further on, take the path on the left. Follow it for 600 metres, keeping left at the fork, and you will soon begin a descent onto the main road (N935 = Rue de Charleville). Walk up this road for 150 metres to reach the Point de vue du Jambon viewpoint.
(2) Return to the main road and follow it uphill to the left for 450 metres, then turn left onto the small path leading down into a secondary valley. Cross the small bridge and climb up to the left to continue walking along the top of the main slope. After 800 metres, keep to the right and continue along the main path (passing some wooden artworks). Continue for another 800 metres until you reach a forest path in front of an open space.
(3) Take the forest track on the right. Follow it for 300 metres on a slight incline, then turn left along the woods to soon reach the Col de Conrad (on the N935).
(4) Cross the road and continue straight ahead on the small tarmac road that begins immediately after a right-hand bend. Descend to the Chapelle du Flachi chapel.
(5) After the chapel, continue along the road for 200 metres and, when it turns left, continue straight ahead on the stony path that leads to the woods. At the top, keep left (do not head towards the pasture), then at the end of the path, take the path on the right. This path winds along the top of the slope. Follow it for 900 metres.
(6) At the junction, take the path on the right, at a right angle, slightly uphill (do not turn left downhill!). After 400 metres, the path joins Rue Le Terne. Take it on the right to return to the starting point (S/E).
