Along the Donant

(S/E) Leave the car park heading towards the roundabout and take the second road on the right, passing the campsite entrance on your left.
Follow this road for about a hundred metres and take the path on the left: it runs alongside the Donant, crossing it several times via footbridges.

(1) Leave the stream by following the path which climbs to the right. When you reach the Kerdaniou road, turn left and follow this road.

(2) Before a wide bend to the left, take the path on the right. After two bends, it becomes a road at Konvenant Goelou. Continue along the road.
At the crossroads, head left. Pass through the hamlet of Ti Nevez, then that of Kêr C’horr. Continue along the road on the left, heading due north until you reach another road.

(3) Take the road opposite, slightly to the left, passing a stone column on your left-hand side. Head towards a beautiful stone house. At the house, the road ends; take the path on the right at a 90° angle. It heads east before turning north and joining a road.

(4) Take this road on the right and follow it to Kerogan, where it takes a sharp right-hand bend. Immediately afterwards, take the path on the left before the houses.
Cross the Donant again, then turn right onto the track that passes under a power line and becomes a road at Kêr Gadig (or Kergadig). Continue northwards.

(5) At the junction with the D15, turn right and head towards the village of Trézélan. (Caution: heavy traffic).
In the village, turn left to pass in front of the church forecourt, veering slightly to the right, then rejoin the road on the left. Walk alongside the cemetery, then turn left and follow this road westwards.

(6) At the wayside cross, take the path on the left which leads to a small road; follow this road to the left. At the stop sign where the road meets the D15, turn left and continue for about a hundred metres (Caution: heavy traffic).

(7) Veer to the right, then immediately left to follow the old road alignment; at the end, take the path on the right. Continue along it; it descends towards the Donant.

(8) After a hairpin bend to the left, take the path leading uphill to the right (it may be very wet) and follow it until you reach a road.

(9) Turn left. You’ll see the monumental Kerwezhenneg menhir on your left. Continue along this road, go straight on at the crossroads and carry on to the Milin-Donant (or Milin Donan) sawmill.

(10) Follow the path to the right. It becomes passable by vehicle as you approach a crossroads, which you cross by continuing straight on.

(11) Take the path on the left and carry on straight ahead, keeping to the right to avoid a field entrance. Turn sharply left (90°) heading due south to reach the houses at Poull ar Vran.
Take the road on the right and follow it as it bends to the left. It ends at a stop sign where it meets Rue de Gwenezhan.

(12) After crossing, turn left and follow this street to the roundabout. The car park entrance is the second road on the right (S/E).
