Start: Guerzit Beach car park.
(S/E) Head south-west along the beach on the pebble wall.
(1) Continue to the right, following the customs officers' path: theGR®34.
(2) At Pointe de Perhérel: panoramic view of the Roches Jaunes. Continue south. Follow the road for 30 metres and take the path on the right. Back on the road, turn right into Impasse du Crapaud.
(3) After 20 metres on the left, there is a panoramic view of the Château du Taureau and Morlaix Bay.
Continue south on theGR®34. Go around Pointe Saint-Samson (rocky area) with a slight climb northwards to resume heading south to Pen an Dour. At this place, follow the road along the beach to the crossroads.
(4) Turn right to reach the port of Térénez. Retrace your steps, then continue straight ahead, taking the Impasse de Feunteun Bol, then turn right onto the coastal path.
(5) Join theGR®34at the panoramic viewpoint. Continue south along the Plouézoc'h road (D76). Keep on this path until it joins the road.
(6) Cross the road and take the path about ten metres to the right, going through a metal gate that is always open. The path runs alongside the Corniou stream on the left and two lakes on the right. After the second lake, take a path on the right that crosses the stream via a large flat stone. Continue along this path heading north.
(7) The path climbs very steeply.
(8) Turn left and continue along this road.
(9) At the crossroads, turn left onto the Kerbabu road and continue along this road.
(10) At the crossroads, turn right and immediately take the road on the left. Cross a small stream and pass through Créac'h Quéréguen. The road bends to the right (the entrance to the manor house is on the left).
(11) Take the path on the left. Pass the main entrance to the manor house on your left and continue straight ahead. Then take the path on the right. When you reach the road to Saint-Samson, take it on the left for 50 metres and then turn right. At the fork, take the road to Perhérel on the left and drive past a holiday camp on your right.
(12) Turn right and then right again onto Chemin de Lantigen. At the road, turn left to return to the starting point (S/E).
. We had to make several imperative corrections at point 6, which took us round in circles! The path was on the left, not the right, and it was impossible to find the right path, which was signposted due north. We got lost, but that's part of the game.
