(S/E) From the Place de l'Église car park, with your back to the church, head left.
(1) At the Calvary, continue straight on Route d'Azas to the end and, at the crossroads, turn right then left onto Chemin de Lissard.
(2) At the bottom of the hill, at the end of the bend, find the small path on the right that runs along the woods at the edge of the field. After 100 metres, enter the woods and come out at the edge of Lac du Laragou.

(3) Walk along the lake to the left until you reach the end and cross the stream on the wooden footbridge on the right.
(4) Continue to the left along the edge of the field, then head up to the right to reach the upper lake.
(5) Walk along the edge of the lake to the right and turn left at the end of the path. Then turn right, following the edge of the field and the edge of the woods until you reach the crossroads.
(6) Cross the woods to the left and continue along the path until you reach the tarmac road. Turn right and walk down to the lake via the road, then the path and finally the edge of the field.
(7) Follow the edge of the lake to the left until you reach the dam. Cross it and immediately take the small descent on the left which leads back to the Route de Verfeil.
(8) Cross straight ahead and at the next crossroads, turn right onto the path that climbs the hill through the copse. When you reach the tarmac road (Impasse du Dareau), continue straight ahead and follow the path around the bend, still going straight ahead.
(9) When you reach the hamlet of Empouchoy, continue along the path slightly to the right. At the end, turn right, then left, going up between the two fields.
(10) Halfway up the slope, turn right and head towards the village with a nice little climb to finish at the starting car park (S/E).
