Description of the walk

Starting point: Rue Poulna, car park of the multi-purpose hall

(S/E). Go up the sunken path to the left of the cemetery. At the road, go straight ahead, then continue straight on. At the end, follow the path to the right and left. Continue right on the road to reach the Coëtdiquel site.

(1) Turn left, go through the chicane, and follow the path to the right until you reach Bot Bonnalec.

(2) At the road, turn left and follow the path to the right (twice) at the exit of the hamlet. As you approach the Perros mill, take the second path on the left, then turn left.

(3) At the entrance to the hamlet of Moulin de Perros, turnright (you can make a round trip and go straight on to see the wayside cross at the exit of the hamlet). Cross the Brûlé or Brandifrout stream and follow the path to the right. You will come to a crossroads.

(4) Turn right when you reach Lanquennec. Pass between the old houses, then turn left between two buildings and continue straight ahead. At the end, turn right towards Guerjean, then continue straight ahead.

(11) Turn left after the football pitches. Veer slightly left, then right and cross the conservatory orchard. Follow the path that turns right, then go left to the river.

(12) At Pont Davy, cross the Brandifrout and go up the sunken path. Go straight ahead at the road, turn right at Botfau and continue straight on to Locqueltas.

(13) Pass in front of the Notre-Dame de la Salette Chapel and continue to the right (fountain straight ahead and to the left below). Stay on the main farm track, ignoring the turnings. Continue to the end of the track.

(14) Turn right, then continue straight ahead to Goh Ganquis.

(15) Turn right,cross the D3carefully, then continue straight ahead. At the end, follow the path to the right and left until you reach Guérizec Coëtano, where you can admire 16th-19th century dwellings.

(16) Continue and turn left at the road, then take thefirst right and continue straight ahead until you reach the road.

(17) Turn left (Chapelle St-Hervé on your right), then right into the sunken lane. Follow the path and turn right at the junction towards Nilhio.

(18) Turn right, then left between the houses. Continue straight ahead, then turn right at the road. At the next intersections, follow the path to the left and right until you reach a fork.

(19) Turn left onto the path in the Kerborgn moorland woods and follow it to Kermoran.

(20) Turn left. As a precaution, walk along the left-hand side of the D2 road, then cross carefully and go right between the low walls. Continue right, then straight ahead and right until you reach the starting point (S/E).
