Car park at the Capens village hall (Chemin de Maho).
(S/E) From the car park, head towards the village of Capens. Atthe first crossroads, go straight ahead into the housing estate, Rue des Acacias. At the end, turn left into Rue des Châtaigniers (dead end). At the end, turn right onto a path that leads to the banks of the Garonne. Follow the river on your left.
(1) Further on, at thefirst intersection, turn right onto Chemin de la Garonne and walk slightly uphill. In the village, turn left onto Rue du Lavoir, then turn right onto Place l'Église.
(2) At the end of the square, first turn right then left and follow Rue de la Mairie. Then turn left onto Avenue de Danflous. You will come out onto the D622; follow it straight ahead towards Auterive.
(3) After about 150 metres, turn right onto Chemin de la Côte de Bitou. Continue straight ahead and cross a small strip of woodland.
(4) At thefirst intersection, continue straight ahead onto Chemin de Cansuc au Jucassaou.
(5) At thesecond intersection, continue straight ahead, still on Chemin de Cansuc au Jucassaou.
(6) You will come out onto the D48e (Chemin de Maho) and follow it downhill to the left.
(7) At the "No vehicles over 6 tonnes" sign, turn left towards Ponset. Pass this hamlet and continue along Chemin de Cassagne. Cross a wood and continue between the fields. Pass the hamlet of Bitou.
(8) When the road makes a sharp right turn, go straight ahead onto Chemin de l'Oratoire. Return to thefirst crossroads you passed on the way there.
(4) Turn left and follow Chemin de la Côte de Bitou for about 100 metres.
(5) At thesecond crossroads you already passed on the way there, turn right (south-west) and follow Via Garona.
(9) Return to the D48e and follow it to the right and downhill. Ignore a smaller road coming from the left, turn right and return to the car park (S/E).
