Park on the grassy area in one of the car parks along the D 28c in Montaut.
(S/E) Head towards the woods, at the edge of which you will see a wooden signpost, and turn left onto the road that descends to a street on the right marked "impasse".
(1) Take this cul-de-sac, "Chemin des roches", and at the end you will find a path that will take you back to the road leading down to the Garonne. This section offers a beautiful view of the Garonne and its valley.
(2) Take the road that descends to the right and after the hairpin bend, continue to a path on the left withGR® (white and red) markings. Take this path to the banks of the Garonne. Please note: halfway out of the woods, in the field on the left, there are beehives. Continue straight ahead to the path that runs alongside the Garonne.
(3) Turn left (theGR® trail branches off to the right) and follow the path along the Garonne.
(4) At the left-hand bend, take the path opposite that leads into the woods to reach the top of the hills and the D28c road.
(5) Take the path opposite that leads to the mobile phone transmitter. Continue along the access road to the antenna where, at the crossroads, there is a cross with a cypress tree.
(6) Take the road on the left and follow it for about 1.3 km. The road has a hump.
(7) 50 m after the hump, take the farm track on the right and continue to the road after the 90° bend at the Croix de Notre-Dame.
(8) Turn right onto the road and continue to the next junction.
(9) Turn left. Pass the Queq farm on your right and continue along a farm track that curves in an S shape, then turn left. Pass to the right of the Claret farm and continue until you reach the D28c road at the T-junction.
(10) Turn left and follow it through the hamlet of Carbonnier, stay on the wide path opposite and pass La Grange farm (go around La Grange farm on the left to take the path opposite). Continue along the farm track opposite, which leads back to the Garonne cliff. At the cliff, turn left to return to the car park in the centre of Montaut
(S/E).

. I followed the GPX track, which is almost perfect except at the end, where it passes through the middle of a lodge, which is easy to get around.
