Park near the roundabout. Several parking spaces are available.
(S/E) Facing the roundabout and the entrance to the medieval town, take the Réalmont road on your left. Follow the road, pass in front of the Peugeot car garage and take the Chemin de l'Hôpital, which climbs to the left.
At the top of this road, take the tarmac hairpin bend on your right. At the crossroads shortly afterwards, turn left onto the road that climbs directly and continue straight on until you reach the bottom of the descent.
(1) Turn left, continue to the dirt track on the right, just in front of the bins, and turn right. At the junction with a tarmac road, leave this on your right and continue on the path on the left. When you reach the next junction, take the tree-lined path on the left and continue to a tarmac road.
(2) Follow the tarmac road on your left, which will take you to the main road (D83). Cross the road carefully and continue along the path opposite until you reach a gate. The dirt track is on the left and runs alongside the wall. Join a tarmac road and continue to a junction.
(3) Turn left towards Aquaval. Cross the road carefully and continue straight ahead.
Go past the barrier in front of Aquaval and head back up towards the village to reach Avenue de Castres.
(4) Take the pedestrian crossing to cross the road, then walk up alongside the restaurant along Rue Edmond Michelet towards Les Promenades.
(5) At the Promenades crossroads at the foot of the ramparts, keep right (towards Roquecourbe). Then turn right onto Chemin des Sols and, once at the bottom, turn left onto Chemin des Jardins.
(6) At the wash house, go up to the left. Go through the Porte de la Caussade and climb up to the central square. Turn right onto Rue du Mercadial to arrive at the starting roundabout (S/E).
