In Proveysieux, park in the car park to the left of the school when coming from the valley.
(S/E) Take the road in the opposite direction and you will soon reach the Chiaise crossroads.
(1) Continue along the road to the hamlet of Mollard, taking great care with the traffic. When you reach the Le Sialet sign, turn right onto the road leading to the upper houses of this hamlet. You will come to a spring at the end of the road.
(2) Take the wide path that follows the tarmac road. Walk past the chalets of Jardon and the peatland. You will then reach the junction with the yellow marked trail that arrives on the left from Saint-Égrève. Take it to the right and you will soon come to another junction with a ruin on the right.
(3) Take the path on the left, signposted Sialet, to reach another crossroads before the house at Le Charpenet.
(4) Turn onto the small path on the left (not shown on the IGN map, but it is there and is still marked in yellow). Begin a short descent, reach a gate, cross it and finish a very short climb to reach the Sialet viewpoint.
(5) Return along the same route to the crossroads at the ruins.
(3) Turn left onto the yellow-marked path. Begin a moderate climb to reach the Brulin farm crossroads.
(6) Continue along the path opposite and follow a good, fast descent to reach a crossroads. Turn right to return to the starting point.
(1) Take the outward route on the left to return to the car park (S/E).
