(S/E) Head towards Burtoncourt via the Route Forestière de Nidange. Cross the D3 at the car park, go down the path at the stop sign and follow this path to the intersection with the Route Forestière de Nidange.
(1) Turn left and follow this forest road until you reach the intersection with the forest path on the right with a signpost for the forest road.
(2) Turn right towards Burtoncourt via "la côte des Brebis" and follow the forest path until you reach the intersection with the Pays Boulageois hiking trail (signpost).
(3) Continue towards Burtoncourt for 20 metres, then turn left and follow the forest path north until you reach the junction with the D53A.
You can access the Pays Boulageois routes by turning right towards Noufeld. This 1.2 km link will take you to the "Chemin des Calvaires" circular route, which is 16.5 km long.
(4) Turn right onto the D53A towards the centre of Burtoncourt, until you reach the Burtoncourt signpost in front of the cemetery, then turn left behind the church and take thesecond lane on the left, then follow the forest path until the next intersection with a signpost.
(5) Turn left towards Route Forestière de Nidange and follow the path to the intersection with the D53a.
''You can reach the Pays Boulageois routes by turning right towards Bockange. This 6.9 km route takes you to Gomelange, the starting point of the 12.6 km "Les Balcons de la Nied" circular route.
(6) Cross the D53a and follow Route Forestière de Nidange.
(2) Signpost for the Nidange Forest Road. Continue straight ahead towards the Saint-Michel car park.
(1) Leave the Nidange Forest Road by turning right onto the return path and the Saint-Michel car park (S/E).
