Park in the Toul an Héry car park (Toull ar C'hirri on the map).
(S/E) Head west along the shore.
(1) Turn left onto the road leading to Moulin de Rochelan. Just before the mill, turn right, then left onto the path running alongside the Douron. You will soon reach the Col de Saint-Haran. Continue to the right, following the small coastal river.
(2) At the wash house on the left, continue right along the riverbank until you reach a road. Follow this road to the right. Pass Moulin de Moualhic and, at the intersection, continue right towards Le Rabat.
Continue along the road to Ty Nec'h.
(3) Continue left and then left again 100 metres further on. Leave the hamlet of Pluscaouen on your left and continue in the same direction towards the south. Ignore a path on the right and continue straight ahead to reach Quélumec.
(4) When the road bends to the right, take the path on the left. It joins another, larger path, which you should follow to the right. It becomes a road as you approach some houses. Continue to the right.
(5) When you reach Pont Menou, take a sharp left turn to reach the chapel. Continue almost straight ahead and cross the Douron.
(6) Follow the path on the left that runs alongside the stream. Continue along this path, which is theGR®34D.
(7) Take a sharp right onto the forest path that climbs towards Kerourien. In front of the house, turn left and you will come to a road on a bend. Continue on the right.
(8) Continue to the right and then immediately turn left. At the crossroads at Ty Losquet, take the path on the right and then the first left, heading due north. Continue on this path as it veers north-east. Ignore the first road on the right.
(9) At Coz Venac'h, continue to the left. Ignore three side roads on the left. Take the fourth road on the left towards Kéraliou. Continue straight ahead on the path that leads to the riverbank.
(1) Turn right to return to the car park (S/E).
