La balade de Prunoy et le Champ de la Cure

The route starts at the car park on Place Saint-Laurent.

(S/E) Head due east for about ten metres to Rue de Bezançon. Turn left and follow Rue de Bezançon until the 90° bend. Leave it to the left and take the path on the right for about ten metres, then turn left until you reach a T-junction. Turn left onto the path and you will come to a road.

(1) Head up the road to the right towards La Bissoterie and, further up, as soon as the road turns left towards La Bissoterie, leave it and take the path opposite until you reach a T-junction. Turn right onto the path towards Les Boudins and, further on, join a road. Follow it until the next road on the right.

(2) Ignore this road on the right, continue straight ahead, and as soon as the road turns left, leave it and take a wide grassy path on the right that descends (not marked on the IGN map) and joins a path on the left at the very bottom.

(3) Follow this path up to the left to reach a small road. Continue straight on to the D16. Cross it carefully, then head straight ahead along a grassy path that joins a cross-road. Follow it to the left until you reach the next road on the left.

(4) Ignore this and continue straight on, passing through the hamlet of Morizet. Shortly afterwards, ignore the path on the left. Then walk alongside the Bois de la Motte on your right. Ignore the next road on the right and continue to the next path on the right.

(5) Turn right onto this straight path which descends slightly and leads, after 800 metres, to a crossroad. Cross it, ignoring the road opposite leading to Château de Vienne, and head right until you reach the next road on the left.

(6) Turn left and walk down Rue de la Fontaine to the D16. Cross it carefully and walk straight ahead for about ten metres. Cross to the right, then head straight ahead through the park, keeping slightly to the left, until you reach the wash house on your left (wooden hut) and the leisure centre on your right.

(7) From there, head due north along a path. Follow it to the very end on the right, skirt the cemetery on your left and join the D18. Cross it with great care and head straight ahead into Rue de Bezançon. At the very end, follow it to the right and return to the starting point (S/E).
