The starting point for this hike is at the Kanzelwand mountain station in Riezlern (Austria)
(Kanzelwandbahn Bergstation). In the village of Riezlern at the KanzelWand valley station, take a one-way ticket with the Allgäu-Walser-Card.
(S) From the top station, follow trail 446 and join the Zweiländer cable car.
(1) Begin the ascent of the Kanzelwand in a south-easterly direction to reach a small pass that marks the Austrian-German border.
(2) Turn left in Germany to complete the climb to the summit of Kanzelwand
(3) Enjoy the view of the various peaks and the border ridge between Austria and Germany. Return to the small pass.
(2) Heading south, begin the descent via path 446 until you reach an intersection.
(4) Leave Wanderweg 446, which continues south, and head north towards Fellhorn Station. Join a path that descends from the ridge.
(5) Take the path on the right heading northeast. Pass under a chairlift and continue to the Obere Bierenwangalpe alpine restaurant.
(6) After the restaurant, pass under two ski lifts and then a third one as you approach the Fellhorn middle station (E).
