Park at the entrance to Ceillac, opposite the cross-country ski centre.
(S/E) Cross the bridge and walk uphill opposite for about 100 metres.
(1) Turn right onto the yellow-red marked path (GR® de Pays), heading towards Les Pelouses.
(2) At point 1950 (junction), continue along theGR® to the Belvédère de la Mourrière (2,324 m).
(3) Carry on to reach the top of the sheepfold (spring below the sheepfold).
(4) At the pass, go round the sheepfold on the left (level path) to reach the Vallon des Pelouses (GR®).
(5) Walk up the grassy valley to the south, which curves eastwards before climbing up through the scree to the pass (2,783 m).
(6) At the Pas du Curé, carefully descend a stony and slippery path to the bottom of the valley.
(7) Follow a ridge for 500 metres before descending to the right and joining a small valley with a stream (cairns).
(8) The stream widens at the bottom. Follow it northwards to join theGR®5.
(9) Turn left onto it to descend back into the valley and reach the chairlift departure point (Pied du Mélezet).
(10) Follow the valley along theGR® trail, which takes you back to Ceillac and the car park (S/E).
