Park next to the Forest Ranger’s House.
(S/E) Take the first path on the right as you leave Route Nanquette, which you will use for the return journey. Continue to the junction with Route Charlemagne.
(1) Turn right and take the first track on the left, between plots 448 and 449. Cross Route Henri Barré and continue to the next track.
(2) Turn left and join the Ligne Historique.
(3) Turn right and follow it to the Carrefour de la Haute Borne.
(4) Turn left onto thefirst Chemin de la Haute Borne.
(5) Take the first track on the right.
(6) When you reach the junction, turn left, then take the second track on the right, heading south-west. Continue until you reach a star-shaped junction.
(7) Turn left to follow Route Charlemagne and head for the Vierge de Chaligny junction.
(8) Turn left, then take the first path on the right, which joins Route Henri Barré, and follow it for 600 m.
(9) Turn right at the second track and you’ll come out onto Route Charlemagne.
(10) Walk about a hundred metres to the left, then turn into the first path on the right. Keep to the right at the next junction and head towards Route Nanquette.
(11) Turn left and head for the car park (S/E).
