In Ludres, follow the signs for Plateau des Loisirs.
When you reach the plateau, park in the large car park on the right. The hike starts here.
(S/E) Take the road that climbs towards the football pitches for a few metres.
(1) Turn left towards a large tarmac car park. Walk along the edge of the car park until you come out near a playground. Continue straight ahead until you reach a wide path. Turn left between two stones placed on the side of the path. Continue straight ahead on the path without any signposts. Follow the main path.
(2) When you reach an open area, turn left until you reach a wide track. Take the track on the right (between plots 5 on the left and 2 on the right). Follow the track (GR®5Faccess) through plots 6, 7 and 8 (information panel about the Camp d'Affrique).
(3) At the crossroads, turn right, following theGR® Pays de Nancy and Cercle Bleu markings. Cross the double enclosure of Camp Celte and turn right (GR® Pays and Cercle Bleu).
(4) Leave the path and turn left onto a wide trail (between plots 9 and 10) - (GR® Pays and Cercle Bleu).
(5) At the next crossroads, turn right (GR® Pays de Nancy) and continue straight ahead until you reach the crossroads.
(6) Turn left, continuing to follow theGRP® straight ahead until you reach the junction at elevation 393.
(7) When you reach a wide track, turn left (towards La Vierge de Chaligny, 2 km) and continue to follow the GR®. Walk along the Bagneris forest road until you reach a barrier before the D974.
(8) Leave theGR® and take the path on the right that runs alongside a barbed wire fence (marked by the Ludres Trial et Running Association - be careful, you are entering the bumpy mountain bike trail).
Continue straight ahead, ignoring the adjacent paths. At the end of the fence around a plantation of beech and maple trees planted by the O.N.F., continue straight ahead, then straight ahead again at a second crossroads, until you reach a crossroads. Turn right twice, following the Cercle Bleu and Association Ludres Trial et Running markings, and you will reach a road.
(9) Take the road on the left that runs alongside the broadcasting tower and return to the starting point (S/E).
