Between land and river at Quemper-Guézennec

Starting from the heights of the village of Qemper-Guézennec, a long descent through the fields will take you to the Trieux.
Then, from the port of Goas Vilinic, following the towpath for almost two kilometres, you will reach the confluence of the Leff and the Trieux, spanned by a blue viaduct.

When we were there , there weren’t many people around. The walk is magnificent, offering a different side of Brittany. The only thing to bear in mind is that there are plenty of descents, which means plenty of climbs too. The path is very well signposted.

A superb countryside walk.
The start through the fields is very relaxing and walking alongside the Trieux is simply magnificent.
We did the walk in the sunshine and wind, which made it all the more enjoyable.

A lovely route that alternates between paths and the banks of the Trieux.
The paths are very muddy this January. They are used by tractors, hence the numerous ruts.
Walking along the Trieux is magical

Lovers of long, straight sunken paths, lined with cereal crops or vegetable fields, will be in their element. Along the Trieux, with a few birds on the banks revealed by the tide, and especially overlooking the confluence of the two rivers, the walk through the woods becomes more pleasant and, above all, less monotonous. The boredom returns as soon as you pass the pretty chapel. It is better to choose elsewhere in this region blessed by the gods and hikers, where routes abound in magnificent landscapes that we have not found here.
