You can park your car in the centre of the village of Saint-Clet where there are car parks. The walk starts in front of the church.
(1) Take the D787 towards Guingamp for 50 metres and turn right: a sign indicates "Rives du Trieux" and you will see the yellowPR® signposts. Follow Rue de Kerilis (D65) for 500 metres and turn left at a place called Beauregard. Pass two paths on your left before taking a path on your right to join a small road.
(2) Take a few steps to the right and turn left towards Kernénan. Then pass Kermenou and continue straight on this small road until you reach a T-junction. Turn left and continue on the path towards Kerfloc'h.
The name of this small hamlet is indicated on the wash house. When you arrive, turn right onto the path that leads to Trieux. Walk downhill for about 200 metres and look out for the yellow signs, which are not easy to see due to the dense vegetation.
(3) Before the path turns left, turn right onto a beautiful covered path. At the next fork, continue to the right to find a small road near a house. Turn left and continue to the right around the bend to walk past other houses. Pass the next three paths on the right to arrive at Rulinen.
(4) At the first houses, take the small path immediately to the left to descend through the meadows towards the Trieux river. In the woods, turn right to climb slightly, then continue downhill to the banks of the Trieux. Walk along the banks where fishermen are trying their luck at trout fishing. You will come to a very pleasant rest area next to the bridge by the water, where you can take a break on the benches.
(5) To continue, take the small path on the right that runs alongside the D65, which will take you to the hamlet of Bilien. Please note! This path is quite steep and rugged, with very tall nettles. At the houses, take the path on the left that descends into the undergrowth and cross a cement bridge, which is very useful for crossing the stream. You will then come out onto the D65.
(6) Turn right and then immediately left; the slope is steep. Take the first road on the right and then, in front of the houses, turn left onto the path that will lead you to the hamlet of Coadigou.
(7) Turn right onto the road and then right again onto the grassy path that leads across the fields to the small road. Follow it to the left towards the village of Kerdoudet, where you will see the bell tower.
(8) In Kerdoudet, on your left, a Breton saint still stands in his niche above a fountain. Turn left, then right onto Rue de la Trinité. You will then enter the village of Saint-Clet. Continue along this street to reach the D787 and turn right to return to the church car park (S/E).
Well-marked route, well-maintained trail. It's a shame that the route description doesn't match
