Start in Corbion at the junction of Rue du Boulet and Rue de Falimont
To get to the start: From the church, go up Rue des Abattis to Route de Bouillon. Head towards Bouillon and turn left onto Rue du Boulet until you reach the junction with Route de Falimont
This circuit is largely based on walking route no. 15.
(S/E) Take the main road that passes in front of the farm, ignore the road on the right and then, shortly after, the road on the left.
Continue straight ahead on the "Sentier des points de vue" (Viewpoint Trail).
Ignore a path on the right and, at the next fork, turn left, go to the end of a lane lined with recently planted trees and continue on the small path to the left towards the Augustins viewpoint. After the viewpoint, the path descends to a larger path. Turn right to continue the descent to the Moulin de l'Épine viewpoint.
(1) After returning to the viewpoint, take the small path on the left that "dives" towards the Semois. This path follows the river above, descends gently to the Moulin de l'Épine ford and then joins a large crossroads. (place called Broco)
24 August 2020: a 55-metre-long suspension bridge is under construction at the Moulin de l'Epine ford
(2) Follow the path on the left and walk to the confluence of the Curnais stream and the Semois.
(3) Cross the stream on the small bridge and immediately turn right onto a small path that winds its way up to the Rocher du Pendu viewpoint.
(4) Head right, ignoring the two paths that descend to the left. The trail continues in the same south-westerly direction until you reach the Chemin de Corbion.
(5) Turn right onto the most clearly marked path (signpost 15 andGR®). Shortly afterwards, the path crosses the start of the Curnais valley and reaches a crossroads of walking routes.
(6) Climb up opposite until you reach the edge of the fields.
(7) Turn right onto a path between a pasture and a plot of spruce trees (view on the left at the starting point). At the corner of the pasture, turn left onto a small path that descends to a crossroads.
(8) Take the main path on the left and return to the starting point (S/E), ignoring the paths on the right.
