Park on Route de Libourne at Place du Square de Saintonge.
(S/E) Take the small road running alongside the square, Route de Gagnerot. Follow the road to the junction, cross the D142 with care and continue straight ahead along Route Le Point du Jour. Follow this road; do not take the first road on the right towards La Fontaine, but take the second on the right, which is tarmac-surfaced for only a few metres.
(1) Follow this path to the right (the path is at the bottom of the descent and about 150 m before the cemetery). Pass by a wash house and go through a small wood. Continue and do not take the road on the left towards La Rimoreau. Go down to the wash house.
(2) Turn left towards Chez Pin. Walk through the hamlet and the village and follow the road to the crossroads.
(3) Go straight on along a dirt track. There are some hiking trail markings; follow them, keeping to the right, until you reach the D132 road.
(4) Turn left to cross the Pont de Bonneau bridge. Follow the Pont de Bonneau road for about 400 m.
(5) At the bend in the road, turn right onto the first track that leads slightly back. Keep to the right, cross the small stream either by wading across or using the small wooden bridge on the left.
Pass through the hamlet of La Verrerie and follow the road to the crossroads.
(6) Cross the D142 with care and take the road opposite, veering very slightly to the right. Follow the road, keeping to the right. Pass in front of the distillery.
(7) Turn right onto the first road, Route du Lary. Follow the road and, at the crossroads, go straight on towards La Mercerie and La Brie.
When you reach the first houses in the village of La Mercerie, at the T-junction, turn left and follow the road to the village of La Brie. Between the houses in the village, continue along the main road, which bends left twice. Pass the La Brie GAEG Boyer farm shop. Continue straight on until you reach the junction with the D910 bis.
(8) Turn right onto Route de Libourne and head back up to the start car park (S/E).
