The starting point is at the Ferme du Manet. Car park at the end of the road: Avenue du Manet in Montigny-le-Bretonneux.
(S/E) Leave the car park heading south towards the Col du Manet sign and head into the forest, continuing along the road blocked by a barrier.
(1) Once you reach a car park, turn right and take the second road on the right, Route Forestière du Manet. Go straight through the Carrefour du Manet and continue to the next junction.
(2) Turn left onto the Route Forestière de Font Couverte and keep left at the junction a little further on. Pass the Granges de Port Royal and the small pond on your right, and continue straight on until you reach the road (D91). Follow it to the right for about twenty metres.
(3) Cross the road carefully and take the path opposite (Chemin des Mollerayes).
(4) Pass the path on your left (which you will take on the way back) and continue straight on to Romainville. On arrival, turn left to reach the “Garde Manger”.
(5) Retrace your steps.
(4) Leave the path taken on the way out and turn right, following the cycle route which, after a sharp left-hand bend, runs alongside the D195 further on.
(6) Cross the junction with care (no pedestrian crossing) and take the straight path opposite. Continue straight on across the fields.
(1) Back at the car park you passed on the way out, continue straight ahead to reach the Ferme du Manet (S/E).
