(S/E) Turn left onto the stony path next to the car park behind the chapel. After crossing a stream, keep to the right and follow the path until it joins the tarmac road.
(1) Turn right and, after 300 m, turn left onto a grassy path.
(2) First turn right then left, and continue along the path through the fields. First turn left twice, then right, and keep to the right until you reach a small tarmac road.
(3) Cross the D94 and carry on straight ahead. At the first junction, turn left towards some
and come out onto the D786.
(4) Cross this very busy road (the Plouha–Paimpol road) with the utmost care and take the path opposite leading to Lanloup Castle.
Opposite the château, turn left into the field and keep to the right to walk along the embankment leading to the village.

(5) Go round the church on the left and take Rue de la Mer. At the bottom of the village, at a place called Ar Runiou, turn left at the gable end of a large house.
(6) Cross the Kergolo Stream and immediately turn right onto the wide path signposted “Plage”. Continue for almost two kilometres along a path descending alongside the stream until you reach the ponds at the sewage treatment works.
(7) Take the path down to the right, join the road and follow it to the left until you reach the car park at Bréhec Beach (E).
