From Ardent to Les Lindarets

Start just after the bridge at the top right of the Ardent car park (signposted).

(S/E) Follow the signs for Les Lindarets, turning left onto the forest trail. A few metres further on, follow the trail that climbs up to the right to reach the banks of the Dranse de Montriond. As you climb up the forest trail along the river, the trail branches off to the right. Follow the signs carefully: yellow arrow on a green background.

(1) Further on, as you leave the forest, cross the ski slope, then climb up alongside the slope on the right to pass under the cable car line. The path enters the forest again on the right. Follow the signs carefully: yellow arrow on a green background. Leave the forest.

(2) Cross the track again. Go back into the forest and cross the river via a small bridge. Then climb up the meadow and continue to the right to enter the forest and reach the village of Les Lindarets and its car park.

(3) Return to the starting point by retracing your steps to the car park (S/E).
