Col du Liorin walks
Malaterre North Circular via Bois Barbu
Family walk in the woods. With no difficult sections, this route is also accessible by mountain bike, and the diversity of trails in the area means that you can enjoy many sections in complete solitude with nature.
The route follows the marked snowshoe trail no. 2 in the opposite direction, which in winter connects the Auberge de la Glisse (starting point for cross-country skiing) to the Auberge de Malaterre.
The Col du Liorin from Les Sables
A pleasant short route that can be done on foot with children or on snowshoes, depending on the season.

Pic Saint-Michel via the Vertige des Cimes
A very classic route that takes you to four remarkable viewpoints in succession, offering views of Grenoble and its valley, as well as the Vercors plateau, the Rocher de l’Ours and the Roc Cornafion. It’s a hike you should do at least once if you’re in the area.
Ideally, you should take two cars up and leave one at the finish, which is at the Parking des Barnets, two hairpin bends below the start point at the Lans-en-Vercors resort.
Cabane de la Peyrouse - Cabane des Aiguillettes
Day3 of our traverse: setting off from the Cabane de la Peyrouse to reach Gresse en Vercors. We go round the Grand Veymond to climb back up onto the plateau via the Col des Bachassons (water), then stop at the Cabane de l’Aiguillette.
