Start from Millay Town Hall.
(S) Turn right towards the Autun road until you reach “La Foulquière” and come to a crossroads with a statue of the Virgin Mary.
(1) Turn right. When the path joins a road, continue left, pass through Château Gaillard and arrive at the hamlet of Chemin Ferré.
(2) Take a path on the right. This crosses a small road. Continue straight ahead and go down the road towards Chevrette. Cross the D27 and continue towards Fléty via the D287.
As you climb, there are views of the Morvan hills and, from the top of Miroux Hill, you can admire the Roche Valley and Chiddes on your right. Continue along the road for about 500m until you reach a cross.
(3) Take the path on the right, pass Le Champ de l’Etang, cross the D985 and head straight on towards Moulin d’Anguy. Cross the River Roche via the footbridge and continue towards Chez Bérot.
Then follow the dirt track to the right and join a road, which you also follow to the right.
(4) At the Croix de la Garde, turn right, then right again 150m further on.
(5) Turn right and head down towards Bois Boulé, then join the D985 which runs from Luzy to Saint-Honoré-les-Bains.
(6) Follow it to the right for about 80m, then cross over to turn left and pass through Fougères.
(7) At the three-way junction, turn right towards Moulin de Bousset. Cross the Tillot stream (view of the mills) and continue straight on until you reach the D124.
(8) At the road, turn right towards Millay, pass a road on your left and reach a junction after crossing a small bridge.
(9) Then turn left towards the valley.
(10) After 800m, turn right (view of the La Roche valley and Château de Rivière) and follow the path towards La Croix du Marché. Cross the D27 towards La Cruze Meuloise and Les Granges.
(11) At the junction, turn right to reach the village of Millay. At the first T-junction, turn left, then turn left again at the next crossroads. 100m further on, turn right towards the town hall and return to the starting point.
