Park in the Dégagnac lake car park.
(S/E) Walk along the lake on the road side. Cross the footbridge and continue along the lake.
At the crossroads, take the path on the left. At the next crossroads, take the wide path on the right until you reach the road.
(1) Cross the road and continue straight ahead. At the crossroads, take the road on the right for 50 metres, then turn left. Continue around the hamlet of Lantis for about 100 metres.
(2) After the bend, take the wide path on the left for 500 m. At the intersection, take the path on the right.
(3) Continue to the next junction after the sharp left-hand bend and turn right. Continue along the stony path for almost a kilometre and climb up to the field. Continue along the path in front, following a fence to the junction. Admire the view.
(4) Turn right. Then take the second path on the right and then the path on the left. Continue to the D51.
(5) Cross the road and take the path opposite for 10 metres, then descend the path that branches off to the right into the undergrowth. Turn right onto the path that crosses the fields to the tarmac road. Follow it to the left until you reach the hamlet of Mas Teulat.
(6) Turn right before the cross and continue along the road for about 500 m until you reach the intersection.
Take the road on the right and, immediately after the bend, take the path that descends to the right. Stay on this path until you reach the D51.
(7) Cross the road and take the path opposite, then turn left at the cross. At the intersection, turn right and continue along the path until you reach the road. Take the road on the right for 20 m, then, at the large oak tree, take the wide path on the left. Pass through the Jardin Bourian and under the Maison de la Nature. At the edge of the lake, turn left between two large oak trees and join the (S/E).
