Park in the small car park opposite the town hall and near the church.
(S/E) Take the Cazals road (D13) for about 200 metres, then turn left (gariotte) onto the path that joins a small cobbled road. Follow it to the right for 150 m, turn left onto a path that crosses the Ruisseau de la Masse stream and then climbs steeply up to the causse. It runs alongside a wire fence for a while and leads to the plateau. Pass the water tower and you will come to a crossroads in the shape of an inverted Y.
(1) Please note: at the crossroads, take the road on the left. Cross the hamlet of Les Cazettes Basses, then continue along the road that descends to the left. After 250 metres, the road turns left: take the path that descends opposite to the D63.
(2) Cross over to follow the road opposite and, at the Combes de Bru house, take the path that branches off to the left and climbs towards Boissiérette, a former parish that merged with Marminiac in 1455. Note the ruins in the woods sculpted by Louttre B. and a few other works scattered across the limestone plateau. Join a wide double track and turn left to reach Boissierette (church).
(3) Then take the path that descends in front of the church, cross the road and take a parallel path that descends to the left for 300 metres.
(4) Turn right. Walk for a while on the plateau, then turn sharply left and descend into the Masse valley. Beautiful view of the village.
(5) Cross the D63 and continue opposite. Cross the stream and join a small road on the right until you reach the D63.
(6) Take it on the left to return to Marminiac and the starting car park (S/E).
, and very enjoyable.
