Parking at the Château de la Reine Blanche or several car parks on the Route Forestière des Étangs de Commelle, along the Étang de la Loge and the Étang Neuf.
(S/E) When you leave the car park, take the first path on the right, GR®1, which descends towards the pond and continue straight ahead on the forest road, passing the Château de la Reine Blanche on your left and following the Étang de la Loge on your right, ignoring the path on the left
(1) At the crossroads, take the path on the right that runs along the edge of the pond, ignore the crossroads and continue along the Étang Neuf, pass the next crossroads and continue along the Étang Chaperon.
(2) Cross the Route d'Hérivaux with caution and continue along the marshes until you reach a crossroads.
(3) Continue straight ahead and, after about 100 metres, turn left onto the path and continue straight ahead to join the GR®1 (Route Manon). Follow it until further signs, ignoring several paths on the right and left.
(4) Cross Route de la Forêt with caution and go straight ahead at the crossroads just after, take the left-hand path (Chemin de Mongresin Saint-Nicolas), pass three crossroads.
(5) Turn right onto Route du Ministre, pass the first intersection and turn left at the next one, leaving the GR®1.
(6) Turn left (Chemin du Vieux Château), leave the path on the left and, at the next intersection, turn left (Vieille Route), ignore two intersections and continue to the Saint-Rémy crossroads.
(7) Turn left onto Première la Route Ronde. At the Saint-Hubert signpost, turn onto the second road on the right, still on Première Route Ronde, until you reach the Carrefour de Mongrésin.
(8) Cross the D924a carefully and take the left-hand road, ignore thefirst junction and turn right at the next junction, ignore four junctions and join the marsh at the junction you passed on the way there.
(3) Continue straight ahead to cross the marsh. Turn left, leaving the marsh (Ancienne Abbaye de Comelle) on your left, pass one intersection and three layons on either side.
(9) Turn left onto Layon Gapart. Cross Route Manon carefully and continue straight ahead, ignoring four crossroads.
(10) Turn right onto Route de la Croix du Lude until you reach the Carrefour à Manon.
(11) Turn left onto Route à Manon, leave several layons, and at Poteau d'Orry, cross the D118 carefully and arrive at the railway tracks.
(12) Turn right and follow the railway tracks on your left.
(13) Leave Orry-la-Ville station on your left, continue north-west and cross the D118 again (carefully). Continue opposite with the GR®1.
(14) Turn right onto Route Forestière d'Hérivaux, pass four layons. At the Grandes Ventes signpost, turn left, then pass three layons and arrive at Carrefour Saint-Ladre.
(15) Take the second path on the right (Route de Viarmes - GR®1 - GR®655), pass two layons and arrive at the Carrefour de Viarmes.
(16) Take the third road on the right to quickly reach the car park of the Château de la Reine Blanche (S/E).
