(S/E) Leaving the sports complex, turn left onto Avenue Edmond Roger through the 30 km/h zone until you reach the roundabouts. At the first roundabout, go straight ahead and at the second, turn right towards Plazac and continue to the next roundabout.
(1) Turn left towards Montignac/Plazac and continue to the multi-way junction at Graulet.
(2) Turn right towards Le Destreguil, then follow the path on the right into the forest and continue to the end.
(3) Take the track on the left and continue to the houses. Go straight ahead between the houses and pass in front of the Puits Fleuri restaurant.
(4) At the end of the Traverse de Boujou, turn right onto the Route de Laudonie, then left at the next fork. At the next crossroads, continue straight ahead towards La Croix du Sud.
(5) At the stop sign, take Route de Gascogne on the left, then right towards L'Offrerie, and right again onto Chemin des Nolles until you reach a crossroads.
(6) Continue along the road to the left, then turn left again at the edge of the forest. Continue straight ahead until you reach the houses and turn left after a few metres.
(7) At the end of Chemin de Verdier, turn left onto Route de l'Offrerie.
(8) At the five-way junction, take the second road on the right, Chemin de la Croix Bleue.
(9) About 50 metres before the road, follow the path on the right and join the departmental road, continuing in the direction of the road until you reach Chemin de la Rue on the left.
(10) Take this road towards La Rue Haute and continue along this track through the forest until you reach the road.
(11) Take the road on the right, and at the stop sign, keep left on the main road and continue to the next intersection.
(12) Turn left towards Puybazet, pass Chemin des Guillaubets, continue for about 200 metres and you will reach the mountain bike route sign on the right-hand side of the road.
(13) Turn right onto the path and follow the edge of the forest. Continue along the path until you reach the Moulin de Lavaure.
(14) Continue along Impasse de Lavaure until you reach the road.
(15) Turn right and join Chemin du Moulin de Miremont on the left.
(16) Follow this path, walk alongside the houses on your left and continue straight ahead until you reach the departmental road.
(17) At the give way sign, take the road on the left, then quickly turn right onto the D32 towards Sainte-Alvère/Mauzens and, a few metres after the path on the right, just before a house and the viaduct, you will reach your destination.
(18) Follow this road, cross the bridge over the railway line and you will come to a fork.
(19) Keep right, then right again at the end of the path. Continue straight ahead, pass under the railway line and join the departmental road.
(20) Turn left, then immediately right onto Route du Ruisseau des Forges and follow it to the next fork.
(21) Turn right before the metal cross, then at the houses, keep left on the path after the bridge.
(22) At the crossroads, take the path on the left, then left again after the stream.
(23) At the end of the path, turn left onto another forest path and reach a turning on the left, a few metres after a four-way junction.
(24) Take the path on the left and continue straight ahead into the forest until you reach the tarmac road.
(25) Follow it to the left, then to the right, onto Route de Font Marcel, towards Rouffignac, and take the second path on the left.
(26) Take this road and, at the first fork, keep left and cross the Manaurie stream. After crossing, at the next two forks, take the road on the right, pass in front of the hamlets and continue straight on until you reach the departmental road.
(27) At the stop sign, turn right, then take the first road on the right towards La Faille. Follow Route du Cayre to the industrial estate.
(28) Take the road on the right before the waste collection centre.
(29) At the end of the road, turn left onto Route de Font Marcel and join Rue Pinard Legry on the left.
(30) Take this road and at the end of the street, go straight ahead to reach the sports complex (S/E).
