Departure from the motorhome area, Voie des Quatre Routes.
Mountain bike trail no. 13
(S/E) Leave the motorhome area, take the road on the left towards the village, pass in front of the town hall and take the D66 on the right, towards Peyzac. Cross the bridge over the Vézère and reach a four-way intersection.
(1) Turn left towards La Croix de Jacques via Chemin de la Malenie Fonchave. After the hamlet, keep left and you will reach a turning on the right, just before no. 833.
(2) Take the path on the right and keep right until you reach the crossroads.
(3) Turn left, then right at the next two forks.
(4) At the four-way crossroads, continue to the right. When you leave the forest, pass in front of the houses and continue to the right on the road until you reach a hairpin bend on the left at the edge of the forest.
(5) Take this path and walk along the field towards the church. Pass in front of the church and, at the hiking signpost, take the path between the trees on the left.
(6) At the junction with the road, take the forest path opposite and continue straight ahead when it skirts the road.
(7) At the fork, take the path on the right and you will come to a road.
(8) Turn left onto this road towards the Roque Saint-Christophe car park. Pass the site and continue along the cliff to the bridge.
(9) At the stop sign, take the D706 on the right towards Montignac, then after the bridge, take the D6 on the left towards Rouffignac and you will reach the church of Moustier.
(10) Turn left in front of the church, then at the crossroads, go left following the low stone wall.
(11) At the 90° right-hand bend, take the path on the left at the hiking sign and follow the river upstream.
(12) At the ferryman's house, turn left and, at the end of the path, continue a few metres to the left on the road.
(13) Take Chemin des Brandes on the right and continue straight ahead until you reach a three-way junction at No. 3899 on Route de la Côte d'Or.
(14) Keep right, Impasse du village de Chaban. Cross the hamlet, staying on the same road.
(15) At the end of the road, continue along the castine path, then at the crossroads in the forest, turn right and continue until you reach the road.
(16) Take the road on the right, pass the paragliding take-off site (windsock) and admire the view. Reach the edge of the forest.
(17) Turn onto the path on the right and continue straight ahead. Then continue to the end of Chemin de Bord de Côte.
(18) Turn right and at the stop sign, continue straight ahead on Voie des Quatre Routes towards Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère. Follow this road to the motorhome parking area (S/E).
