Park near the Vieux Perroi lock.
(S/E) Start this walk heading south, cross the road and follow the left bank of the canal, pass the Buissons lock then the Gimonets lock and reach a bridge.
(1) Cross the bridge and continue along the yellow and red marked path. Pass La Cantine, continue ignoring all side paths, walk along Les Buissons, leave a path on the right and continue to a Y-junction.
(2) Follow the path on the left marked CR20 until you reach Route D77. Then turn left and follow the road for about 150 metres.
(3) Turn right and follow the long path marked CR11, ignoring all side paths. You will reach a crossroads near Fays aux Filles.
(4) Turn right onto the CR11. The path passes through a meadow and is not very visible. For reference, the path runs alongside a ditch at the foot of an oak tree-lined avenue and goes around a small pond on the left. From the pond, the path is clearly visible and marked CR11. Continue until you reach a Y-junction. Follow the left-hand path until you reach another junction.
(5) Follow the path on the right marked CR11 and continue to a five-way intersection. Keep to the path heading south-southeast marked CR11 Route Raboliot, passing Les Landes on your left, then a small pond. Reach the Maret crossroads, continue straight ahead, cross Pauliat and arrive at the Halaire crossroads, marked Route Raboliot.
(6) Take the road marked route Circuit Raboliot, passing the Halaire farm on your right, then a little further on, a path on your left, and continue until you reach a right-hand bend.
(7) Turn left onto an uphill grassy path, which runs alongside the canal and leads to a well-maintained green space. Reach the bridge over the canal and cross it.
(8) Turn right, follow the canal bank, cross a road and continue along the left bank to reach the car park (S/E).
