Drive to the Glières Plateau via Thorens. When the road reaches the plateau, at the bottom of a small descent, take the road on the right towards Notre-Dame des Neiges, Dran.
Park in the car park of the "Chez Gautard" restaurant (Paccot Sud).
(S/E) Cross the cross-country ski trail and take the uphill road heading east towards the Plateau des Auges.
Walk along the Plan des Mouilles (1,525 m), at the water catchment area.
(1) Turn right to join the Jérôme Bozon trail. Climb the winding path through the forest to Plan du Loup (1,670 m).
(2) Leave the path leading to the Auges chalets on your left and turn right towards Dran via Adret. Pass the highest point of the route: Plan du Loup Sud 1689 m.
Ignore the path on the left that climbs to Col de l'Ovine. Descend towards Chalet du Loup (1610 m), marked by a wolf on the chimney.
(3) Pass by a chalet at Pas du Loup (1,555 m) and join the wide footpath.
(4) Continue along this wide path, passing the Reinette chalets and reaching the Adret fork.
(5) Turn right onto theGR®96to pass near the Notre-Dame des Neiges Chapel (1,454 m). Return to the Dran car park crossroads.
(6) Stay on theGR®96, turning right to reach the car park (S/E).
