Description of the walk

Park in thesecond car park by the lake on the road from Saint-Sulpice-d'Eymet to Soumensac.

(S/E) Cross the road and descend towards the lake, leaving it on your left. Walk along the lake to the dyke. Stay on the road alongside the car park until you reach a crossroads.

(1) Take the right-hand path and begin a short climb. You will reach the crossroads with the road leading to the hamlet of Serres.

(2) Leave this hamlet on your left, turn right and cross the hamlet of La Coste. Continue straight ahead along the path. Follow it, passing afirst path on your right. Pass asecond path on your right. Continue along the woods on your right and the vineyards on your left. Just before a clearing on your right, you will reach a passage between the trees.

(3) Take it on the right, cross the woods and follow the path to the intersection with a road.

(4) Turn right and you will soon reach a fork.

(5) Take the road on the left towards the hamlet of Roche. At the end of the hamlet, continue straight ahead. Follow the road to the hamlet of Eybrous.

(6) Here you have two options:
- descend to the right along a path towards the lake and return to the car park (S/E) by following the lake on the left;
- follow the quiet road, cross the hamlet of Faye to return to the lake car park (route) (S/E).
