The starting point is in the car park of the shooting range in Coz Leurio, a short distance from the D 712. This location is also the starting point for many other hikes.
(S/E) Return towards the road and take the first path on the left. You will reach a crossroads at an elevation of 165 metres.
(1) Take the path on the right. Continue and, further on, at the water tower at Croix de Croaz Goarnéden, turn right until you reach the roundabout with the D712.
(2) Cross very carefully and continue straight ahead towards Plouisy. At a place called Lannido, look for a marked path that branches off to the left. Leave the road and follow this path. You will then come to a crossroads at elevation 147.
(3) Turn right towards the village, which you will reach fairly quickly. Ignore the side streets and paths and continue to the roundabout at the town hall.
(4) Take the second street on the right, Rue de la Mairie, which changes name a little further on to Rue de Traou Bourg. When you reach the church, walk alongside it and, in front of the square, join Rue de l'Église.
(5) Follow it on the left, and at the crossroads, continue straight on into Rue du Cimetière. A little further on, climb the few steps on the right to see a large tree-lined avenue. Return to the road and continue to the end of the road, towards the cemetery car park. The surface now changes as the path descends between hedges to reach Ruisseau de Prat-an-Lan.
(6) Follow the path straight ahead, using the small footbridges. Climb up the hill to reach a tarmac road, Impasse de Kernabat.
(7) Turn right at the hairpin bend. Further on, pass Moulin de Kernabas at the bottom of the valley; cross the stream and begin the only small climb of the hike. You will reach the "summit" in front of the gate of the Château and Cours Sainte-Anne (private school).
(8) Turn left and follow the road. Turn left at the first intersection and continue downhill to an intersection with a road leading up into the forest.
(9) Turn right and climb up to see the Saint-Antoine Chapel.
(10) Retrace your steps and turn right. Further on, you will come to a roundabout between the D712 and the Route de Lannion interchange.
(11) Take the road on the right and drive along it with the utmost caution. You will soon reach a crossroads at elevation 149.
(12) Turn left and head towards Kerderrien Clec'h. Turn right onto a small path, then right again towards the house. Continue on to Coz Leurio. Cross the hamlet and return to your car park (S/E).
