Start at the car park of the town hall in Bagnols.
(S/E) Take the Route de Moiré towards the church. Go around the church on the left, pass the houses in Le Bret and continue for about 100 metres.
(1) Turn onto the path on the left which slopes slightly downwards. Continue along this path until you reach Voie du Tacot and turn left again.
(2) At the four-way intersection, go straight ahead. Pass the houses of Le Boucairon on your left and continue straight ahead. The old railway line crosses a bridge over the road to Moiré and makes a wide bend to the left to go around a pond.
(3) Take the path that climbs to the right and seems to lead into a housing estate. Then turn right along a property onto a small path that climbs up to a forest track. Take this track on the right and continue slightly uphill, following the right bank of the Ruisseau de Nizy stream, then turn away from it.
(4) Ignore the path on the right and continue straight ahead towards the houses. At the T-junction, turn right to cross the hamlet of Layet d'en bas and you will find a crossroads a little further up.
(5) Turn onto the path on the right (Chemin des Rivières) and continue along the Chemin de la Grate, which follows on from it.
You will arrive at the first houses in Oingt.
(6) Take Chemin des Cordons on the left for a very short climb that leads to the village. First turn left then right to enter Rue Paul Causseret, which leads straight to Route de Thaizé (D96). Turn right onto this road, quickly reach a crossroads and turn left onto Chemin de Charmont, which crosses the Fontaines district.
(7) Continue straight ahead through the vineyards, then go straight on after the house, ignoring the tarmac road on the right. You will reach another road (Chemin du Bansillon).
(8) Follow it to the right for a short while before taking a small path on the left. Follow this path, enter the woods and you will come to a crossroads.
(9) Take the path on the right (do not follow the yellow signs for Theizé). Go down the stone path to reach the centre of the village, admiring a beautiful Madonna on the way.
(10) Turn right onto Rue François de Rochebonne, cross Route de Pouilly (D96) and follow Rue Fabisch opposite. Then cross the D19E (Route de Cruzille) and take Chemin de la Picolette opposite, which passes in front of the village hall and continues along Chemin des Morguières, rejoining the D19E.
Cross the road to take the path opposite.
(11) Keep to the right, then right again a little further on to reach a crossroads.
(12) Continue straight on Les Brudets, ignore a road on the right and at the next crossroads, turn left and you will reach the D607 (Route des Lapins).
(13) Turn right, following the signs for "Bagnols".
(1) Continue straight ahead. In the village, turn right onto Rue des Vignes, then turn left to reach the town hall and the car park (S/E).
