From Pont de Sèvres to Pont de Saint-Cloud, with two long detours into the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud, with its woods and French gardens. The route also includes a stroll through the quiet streets of Sèvres, Ville d'Avray and Marnes-la-Coquette, with their beautiful heritage. The Étangs de Ville d'Avray offer a peaceful setting just a few kilometres from the urban centres.

This circular route follows theGR®1trail from Bois de Louveciennes to Rond de la Balustrade in Parc de Saint-Cloud on the way there.

TheGR®1is a long-distance hiking trail stretching over five hundred kilometres that circles the Île-de-France region. This section is the first part of it. Thirty kilometres long, it passes through numerous parks and forests such as the Parc de Saint-Cloud, the Bois de Boulogne and the Forêt de Marly. It also passes close to some remarkable monuments and several charming spots, such as the village of Marnes-la-Coquette.

A circular loop accessible by public transport, starting in the hills above the Seine valley and ending along the river. Explore some little-known corners of Saint-Cloud Park and meander through Brimborion Park. Several sweeping views await you.

A circular walk which, on the outward leg, follows the GR®1 from the Parc du Domaine National de Saint-Cloud to Porte Maillot, the starting point of the Tour de Paris. The GR®1 crosses the Seine before passing through the Bois de Boulogne. On the return leg, the route runs alongside the Lac Inférieur in the famous park and then follows the Seine to the Pont de Saint-Cloud.

Over 500 km long and with more than 4,000 m of elevation gain, this hike is accessible to everyone if broken down into several stages. Beautiful, rural and fairly close to Paris, it is suitable for anyone who wants to try their hand at hiking. There are many points of interest along this route. History and heritage enthusiasts, as well as nature lovers, will find something to enjoy.

Although densely urbanised, the Hauts-de-Seine department offers wonderful opportunities for walkers, with a rich heritage and often a little elevation. This series of hikes, almost all of which are accessible by public transport, takes you on a journey of discovery through this department, avoiding major roads as much as possible and favouring footpaths and alleys, public parks and wooded areas.
