(S/E) With your back to the church, cross the square to reach Rue du Centre and follow it to the left. At the roundabout, go up the road on the left. Pass a first oratory, then a second one dedicated to Notre-Dame de Bon-Secours. Go past the cemetery, cross the hamlet of Marchy and arrive at a three-way junction.
(1) Turn right towards Mormal golf course and Bois Saint-Pierre. At this point, you can leave the long route for the short alternative route. Go under a power line and continue along the small road lined with hedges and embankments that climbs uphill. At the crossroads, at the house (no. 14), turn left and then, 100 metres further on, turn left again onto the tarmac road that winds through fields and pastures.
(2) At the bend, leave the road on the left and continue right on the road parallel to the high-voltage line.
(3) At the T-junction, turn left along Chaussée Brunehaut. Continue along this road and walk alongside Bois de la Ferrière.
(4) Cut across a road. Make the first turn right then left onto the RD87 (caution) and take the Villers-Pol road.
(5) At the oratory, take the path on the left and continue to the CD87.
(6) Cross carefully, keeping to the right, and walk along the side of the departmental road. Turn left onto Rue Delvaux before the stream, then right onto Rue Basse and follow Rue du Centre on the left to return to your starting point (S/E).
