Park near the church in Vault-de-Lugny.
(S/E) Head towards Pontaubert. Turn right at the first street, Chemin de Borland, towards the wash house. This path follows theGR®13marked in red and white.
(1) Continue straight ahead on the dirt track. Follow it to a hunting hut.
(2) Take the path on the left, crossing further on to the path leading to the mountain.
(3) Climb left up this path to reach Mont Montmarte.
(4) Return to the previous crossroads.
(3) Turn left, still on theGR®13, and head towards Domecy-sur-le-Vault.
(5) Cross the village, passing in front of the castle. At the edge of the village, head towards Givry (north), leaving theGR®13. Follow this small road, the D71, until you cross theGR®13again.
(6) Turn right and continue to a new crossroads on the banks of the Cousin stream.
(7) Head straight ahead onto the track leading to the entrance to the village of Vermoiron and turn left at the first intersection.
(8) Cross the village, turning right onto Grand Rue, and at the exit, turn right onto the small road, then left at the next crossroads to return to the initial crossroads.
(1) Turn left onto Chemin de Borland and then follow the same route as on the way there to return to the car park (S/E).
