Park in the car park at Thun-St-Martin Church.
(S/E) With your back to the car park, turn right onto Rue des Cutiviers. At the intersection with Rue des Maraîchers, turn right, then left, ignoring the street on the right.
(1) At the intersection with Rue du Calvaire, turn left. At the intersection with Rue Jean Bar, turn left towards the stadium, ignoring the street on the left further on.
(2) At the three-way junction located about 50 metres further on, turn right and follow the road to the D630 (Pont d'Iwuy). Turn left and after the bridge, turn right onto Rue des Marais at the three-way junction, taking care when crossing. At the three-way junction in Rue des Marais, turn left and follow the path along the pond, then turn left to join the D630.
(3) Cross carefully and turn right, then left onto Rue Waldeck Rousseau. Ignore the street on the right and continue along Rue Émile Zola.
(4) At the intersection of Place Gustave Tranoy, turn left onto Rue Jean Jaurès, then right onto Rue Victor Hugo. Ignore Rue Gambetta on the left. At the intersection with Rue du Maréchal Foch, turn left, then right onto Rue Renan. At the intersection with Rue Carnot, turn left, then right onto the pedestrian street Rue Jean Moulin, pass in front of the multi-sport ground, and follow the path straight ahead.
(5) At the intersection with Rue de la Liberté, turn left, then right onto Rue Jacques Duclos and continue straight ahead. At the intersection with Rue Lafayette, turn right, ignoring the street on the right. At the crossroads with Rue du 4 Septembre, take the path on the left.
(6) At the intersection with Rue de Lieu-Saint-Amand, turn left, ignoring the street on the right. At the crossroads with Rue Joffre, cross carefully and continue straight ahead, then at the next crossroads with Rue du 19 Mars 1962, continue straight ahead onto Rue Pasteur. At the crossroads with Rue de la Tour, continue straight ahead onto Rue Danton.
(7) At the intersection with Rue Hoche, continue straight ahead on Rue du Pont. Before crossing the Ruisseau de l'Enclin, take the path on the right, ignoring the path that branches off earlier. Once you are near the lock, go around the houses on the left, then turn right to follow the Canal de l'Escaut.
(8) Cross the Iwuy lock on your right, then turn left and continue along the path, ignoring the trail and the path on the right. At the intersection with the D61, turn left twice and take the path.
(9) At the intersection with Chemin des Bas Bois, turn right, then turn right onto Rue de l'Abreuvoir (Thun-l'Évêque). At the intersection with Rue du Pont Rouge, turn left, then left again onto Rue Roger Salengro. Ignore the street on the left, just after the café, turn right at the electricity pole and take the small road. At the intersection with Rue Neuve, turn left.
(10) Turn left onto Rue du Chaufour and walk past the church. At the crossroads with Rue Roger Salengro, cross the road and continue straight ahead. Then turn left onto Rue du Moulin towards Thun-Saint-Martin. Ignore the street and path on the left and cross the narrow bridge with caution.
(11) At the intersection with Rue du Marais, turn right, ignoring the street on the right. At the crossroads with Rue de Brantiau, turn right, then right again onto Rue François. At the bend, turn left then straight ahead and continue along the Ruelle Prêtre path.
(12) At the intersection with Rue de Brantiau, turn left, then right. Then keep left on Chemin du Cambrésis (Thun-Saint-Martin). Ignore the street on the left and continue along Rue Marisson. At the intersection with Rue du Cambrésis, turn left, then immediately left onto Chemin Mazingue.
(13) At the crossroads with Rue Notre Dame, turn right onto Rue du Cambrésis, then left onto Rue des Cutiviers, and drive alongside the Château d'Herbaix property. At the intersection, go straight ahead and you will reach the church car park (S/E).
