Description of the walk

Park in the car park at the side of the road, on the left or right depending on which direction you are coming from on the D12.1.

(S/E) Return to the D12.1 departmental road.

(1) Cross it towards La Ferrière. Cross the hamlet and continue straight ahead on the dirt track.

(2) Turn right and follow the road towards the Petite Vallée farm, pass the farm buildings and continue along the small road until you reach a T-junction.

(3) Take the D12.1 road on the left for about 100 metres, then turn right onto a road towards Chêne Brûlé. Continue to the crossroads.

(4) Turn left towards La Bretonnière, cross the hamlet and continue to the water tower.

(5) Turn right towards Les Mazures.

(6) Before reaching the buildings, take the path on the left, cross La Vinette and pass the pumping station.

(7) Take the road on the right towards Plainville. Pass through the village and continue to the junction with the D103.

(8) Turn right and follow the road for about 800 metres.

(9) Take the road on the right towards Grand Giraumont, then cross the hamlet.

(10) Turn left onto the small road, then continue along the path and join the Vinette junction.

(11) Continue straight ahead, leaving Blainville on your left and continuing along the dirt track.

(12) Take the small path on the left, which leads to the access road to Les Bordes, and follow it to the left to reach a place called La Mare Chauveau.

(13) Take the D351.5 road on the right.

(14) At the next crossroads, take the small road downhill on the right opposite the hamlet of Le Bois Lecomte. Leave Bas des Bruyères on your right and continue to the junction with the D30.5.

(15) Continue right towards La Gâtaise and cross this hamlet.

(16) Take the downhill path on the right. Continue on the left, passing through the hamlets of Thinvaux d'en bas and then Petite Coudraye.

(17) Continue along the road on the left. At the crossroads, go straight ahead along the edge of a wood on the D30.5.

(18) Take the dirt track on the left and continue straight ahead to the car park (S/E).
