The route starts from the village green in front of the village church.
(S/E) From the church forecourt, take the street on the right, Rue Anjela Duval, then after 100m, turn left towards the village hall, which you walk around. The path veers to the right and when it turns left, continue straight on, running alongside the private gardens. Cross Rue du 8 mai 1945 and continue through the housing estate. The path turns 90° to the left. It leads onto a road which you take to the right, then, after 30 metres, turn left towards Kerfinit. The road becomes a track which you follow to the Fork in the road.
(1) Turn right and continue straight on to the hamlet of Roc’h Glaz. The path widens; continue straight on.
At the end of the track, take the road on the left towards Coat David and cross it.
(2) At the road, turn left, then after 40m, take the track on the right. It leads to a road, which you take to the right.
(3) At Convenant le Roux, when the road bends to the right, continue straight on along the path. It leads to a road which you take to the right, then after 70m take a path on the left, level with a high-voltage overhead line. The path leads to Kerdiouret, which you cross, and continue straight on until you reach the road.
(4) Cross the road and continue straight on along the path. Cross the River Guindy at a place called Moulin de Quélennec (in ruins).
(5) 100m further on, take the path on the left which is circular and goes through the forest, alongside the river. At Kerouspic, take the road on the left then the first path on the left which heads straight north.
(6) When the path bends to the right, continue straight on along a narrower path. It ends at a road which you follow until you reach a path on the left, 50m after a right-hand bend.
The track leads onto a road that heads towards the hamlet of Convenant Mével, which you cross.
(7) On the road, turn left, then at the next junction, first turn right then left to reach Kerguido.
Turn left then right and follow the path that runs alongside the river.
(8) Take the road on the left. It ends at a road which you take on the left.
(9) Turn right.
(10) At a place called Placen al Lia, turn right, then take the path on the left after 50m. The path ends at a road where you turn right.
(11) Take the path on the left. It leads to a road from where, on the left, you can admire Tonquédec Castle (the water tower).
(12) Turn right onto Rue de Poull ar Raned, which leads to the village. At the crossroads, turn right and then take the first left. You will arrive at Place de l’Église, then in front of the church square, which you cross to reach the village green (S/E).
