Shaded parking spaces are available before the stone cross that marks the starting point, slightly north of the hamlet of Kerrivoalan.
(S/E) At the cross, leave a path that descends on your right and stay on the road to reach the hamlet of Kerrivoalan after 150 m. At the fork, turn right, leaving the road for a carriageway that leads to the chapel.
(1) Pass the chapel, ignore a path on your right and stay on the path that descends into a forest of spruce trees. As you descend, you will see a huge block of granite (used by druids)
continue down the main path (there is a possible detour 150 m after the start of the descent, where a small path on the left leads down to a refreshing fountain that is worth a visit, about 100 m away). You will reach the Léguer, which will greet your ears and eyes under a huge oak tree. Follow this coastal river under the tall trees for about 1 km. You will arrive at the Moulin de Kergrist.
(2) Picnic possible by the water. Go around the mill to reach a path on the left (leave the carriageway on the right which climbs uphill) which leads after about 1.5 km along the Léguer to a road
(3). At the road, turn right onto the bridge over the Léguer. On the other side, take the carriageway on the left (car park) which runs along the left bank of the Léguer. After about 400 m, leave this road and take a path that climbs steeply to your left.
After the climb, descend gently for 200 m along the same path, then leave it for a path on your right. On this path, which climbs slightly, leave a house on your right. Continue for another 200 m and you will reach a fork.
(5) Turn right onto the carriageway. After 50 m, pass behind another house: you can see a small fountain (Kernalégan Vraz).
Stay on the main path (ignore a small path on the right) to return to the car park (S/E).
