Park in the car park opposite the Collège des Sables Blancs.
(S/E) Start by taking the greenway at the back of the car park on the left (sign for Dorlett-Plage des Sables Blancs cycle path). Continue straight ahead (ignore the path that goes down to the left).
(1) At the intersection with the path coming from the old station, continue to the left. Go under a bridge.
(2) At the mountain bike signpost (located on the left, next to a sign for Centre Ville 1.8 km), turn right, then follow the pavement on the left, dedicated to pedestrians, along Rue des Primevères until you reach a pedestrian crossing. Cross the street and take the path marked with a sign for "les 3 Vallées". Cross a footbridge, continue to the right following the mountain bike markings (ignore the stairs on the right) until you reach Route de Kerguérès.
(3) At the pedestrian crossing, cross this road, then walk along a wall for about ten metres and turn right. Follow this path, also marked for mountain biking, for 400 metres.
(4) Turn left (facing the Coralie bus depot). Continue along the tarmac road (Rue des Zins), pass the Ville Neuve sign, then the dead end sign.
(5) Turn left onto the Roscoff - Concarneau Greenway and follow it.
(6) Cross Route de Kerguérès and continue on the Greenway.
(7) Opposite the École du Dorlett (Rue des Primevères), turn right, follow Rue des Tulipes, then turn right onto Rue des Roses.
(8) Go down Rue des Sables Blancs, pass in front of the beach and walk alongside the Les Sables Blancs hotel.
Follow the GR®34 markings (red and white), pass in front of the Thalasso and follow the seafront via Boulevard Katerine Wylie, Boulevard de Bougainville and Place de la Croix.
(9) Walk past the youth hostel, arrive at the harbour master's office and follow the quays to pass in front of the Ville Close. Continue along Quai Carnot, and opposite the Optic 2000 shop, turn left. At the traffic lights, cross Avenue Pierre Guéguin.
(10) Take Allée Jean-Marie Le Bris (located between the Magasin de Chocolat and the Bar du Port). This beautiful alleyway leads back to the Collège des Sables Blancs car park (S/E).
.
. I found myself having to walk extra kilometres to complete the route.
