Towards Moustier-en-Fagne by bike

Start from the car park next to the church, 5 Place du Général de Gaulle.

(S/E) With the church on your left, turn left onto Rue Edmond Wiart, then immediately left. At the end, turn right onto Rue Léo Lagrange.

(1) At the four-way intersection with Rue Léon Gambetta, continue straight ahead onto Rue Jules Hiroux, ignoring the three streets on your right.

(2) At the corner of No. 43, turn left onto Rue Roland Michaux, then at the T-junction, turn right onto Rue André Baudin.

(3) At the three-way junction, continue left onto Rue Traversière, and at the end, turn right onto the^GRP®®, Rue du Petit Giono, and reach a crossroad.

(4) Turn left onto Rue du Bois l'Abbé, ignore a path on the right and at the fork, continue on the right onto Rue du Bois l'Abbé. Pass the Maison Forestière de Sains and continue straight ahead on the Route forestière du Chemin Vert.

(5) Ignore the cycle path and continue straight ahead.

(6) At the four-way crossroads, continue straight ahead, still on Bois l'Abbé, cross Laie du Loup and continue straight ahead until you reach a crossroad with a car park on your right.

(7) Turn right and take the^first road on the left, just before the bottom of the descent.

(8) Turn sharply left onto the Route Forestière Empierrée du Fond Saint-Jean. Continue straight ahead, ignoring the side paths, until you reach a three-way junction.

(9) Turn right, pass close to the blockhouse, ignore the side paths and continue straight ahead. Cross the Pont du Fond Madame bridge, continue straight ahead on the Route Forestière du Fond Saint-Jean and ignore the side paths in the forest until you reach the first forest road on the right.

(10) Take this road on the right, Route Forestière des Louvières, and follow this winding road straight ahead.

(11) At the four-way intersection (elevation 192), cross Route Werner and continue straight ahead on the road that slopes diagonally to the right. Ignore a path on the right, follow the bend and arrive at the D119.

(12) Make a quick first turn left then right (elevation 190) and continue straight ahead on the path. Ignore several trails and reach the six-way Carrefour du Prince Philippe junction.

(13) Take the^third left, cross the Voyon and arrive at the Carrefour de Rembourseau (elevation 204). Continue straight ahead and leave the Forêt de Trélon. Follow the road that goes around the Bout de là-haut and pass an oratory on your right.

(14) At the T-junction, turn left towards Grand Rue, pass the town hall and continue to the priory. Turn around and take Grand Rue in the opposite direction.

(14) Continue straight ahead until you reach a three-way junction.

(15) Turn right onto the D83 towards Momignies, Route de Moustier. Walk along the Scierie pond, the road curves to the right, cross a bridge over a small stream (elevation 193) and continue straight ahead.

(16) At the intersection with a central reservation, turn left onto Route de Moustier and continue straight ahead, following the bend, until you reach Wallers-en-Fagne opposite the church.

(17) Ignore the road on the left, pass the church and continue straight ahead on Rue Nicolas Despret.

(18) At No. 34, continue opposite, Rue de Là-haut, leave the village and, at the three-way junction, turn right onto Chemin du Milieu, then continue on Route de Chimay.

(19) At the stop sign, opposite the Demi-Lieue farm, turn right onto Route de Chimay (D951). Pass in front of the Saint-Roch Chapel and enter Trélon via Rue de la Liberté.

(20) Continue straight ahead on Rue Aristide Briand, pass the kiosk and the church and follow the road (D951) which descends and makes a large right turn. Continue straight ahead on Rue du Maréchal Foch.

(21) Pass the police station and continue straight ahead on Rue Georges Clemenceau, ignoring Rue de la Fonderie on your right.

(22) At No. 34, turn right onto Avenue Léo Lagrange, then take the^first right.

(23) At the end, make a quick first turn left then right to take the greenway on the right,^GRP®® Tour de l'Avesnois. Continue straight ahead, passing four bridges.

(24) At the intersection, continue straight ahead and you will rejoin the route you took earlier at Route Forestière du Chemin Vert.

(5) Turn left, go straight ahead and pass the Maison Forestière de Sains. Follow the bend to the left, then go straight ahead onto Rue du Bois l'Abbé. Pass the Ferme du Bois l'Abbé on your left. At the intersection, turn left.

(4) Turn right and take the first left onto Rue Traversière.

(3) Turn right onto Rue André Baudin, then take the first left onto Rue Roland Michaux.

(2) Turn right onto Rue Jules Miroux, go straight ahead and ignore three paths on the left.

(1) Continue straight ahead onto Rue Léo Lagrange. Ignore one road on the left and take the second left. At the end, turn right onto Rue Edmond Wiart and then right again at the first road to find the car park next to the church at 5 Place du Général de Gaulle (S/E).
