You can park your vehicles in the car park at the start of the walk, on Avenue des Soldats, just after the Odalys Saint-Loup holiday residence.
(S/E) Retrace your steps slightly, heading back towards Odalys.
(1) Take a path on the right, following a fence and the Parc de Lano on your right. Turn right, then cross two wooden bridges to reach the Étang de Lano. (Note the Cap d’Agde naturist camp on the left). Walk past the boat repair yard and continue to the beach.
(2) Turn right and walk along La Roquille Beach with its few restaurants, then past La Clape campsite, ending up at Môle Beach. Walk past a pétanque court.
(3) Turn left, then right; pass the Ricardo and Le Pêcheur restaurants. Follow the cliffs along Grande Conque beach for about 1 km. Do not go near the edge.
(4) Reach the tip of Cap des Deux Frères for the Military Medal Holders’ Memorial Park, then head back down towards Plagette Beach. Walk past the restaurants and the harbour to the end.
(5) Take Rue de la Roubine, on the right, at the Méditerranée restaurant, then turn left into the alley to reach Quai du Vieux Cap. Turn right onto it, following the harbour; go under a bridge and continue for a few dozen metres.
(6) Turn right onto a path, Allée des Dykes, then left onto Avenue de la Jetée. Pass the Radoub roundabout, keeping well to the left until you reach the bridge.
(7) Turn left onto Rue Tamaris. Walk along the quays, passing the shops and restaurants a little further on. Head towards the Ferris wheel on the Esplanade Pierre Racine, at Port Richelieu.
(8) Turn left at the Sogepro estate agents and Crédit Agricole, then right to continue past the shops. Continue straight ahead along the quays, passing Port Malfato and Île Marina, until you reach the Aqualand Water Park.
(9) Take the path on the right to reach Richelieu Beach. Turn right and walk along the beach until you reach the Capao Beach Hotel.
(10) Turn right onto Allée des Caraïbes until you reach a road.
(11) Turn right towards the Antilles roundabout, keeping well to the left-hand pavement alongside Avenue des Alizés. Walk past the car parks on the right.
(12) Just after the Golf Palmyra hotel, take a small path on the left which goes round the Mercure hotel. Walk alongside the golf course.
(13) Take the path on the left and walk uphill, following the golf course for about 300 metres.
(14) Turn left onto a small path, leaving the tarmac road. Walk past Saint-Martin des Vignes and its estate.
(15) Turn right, then enter the Mont Saint-Martin forest. The path branches off to the right.
(16) Where the path turns left, continue straight ahead along a small track. When you reach Allée du Levant, take Rue Labech on the left, then Allée du Gregzou on the left.
(17) Turn right, then left to take the winding path down to the Palais des Congrès. Walk down Remblai du Soleil to the pharmacy.
(18) Take Avenue des Sergents on the left for about 300 m, then take the stairs leading up to the bridge on the left. Cross the footbridge, then head left. Pass by Saint-Benoit Church, then turn right, then left. Walk alongside the André Bonnaud boules court and La Clape, which is on the right.
(19) Turn left, walk past the Clape playground, turn right, and walk past the Arènes. At the roundabout, turn right and take the second right onto Avenue des Soldats, and you will reach the car park (S/E).
