(S) Start at Place du 8 Mai. Set off along Rue du Pressoir (D80), which continues as Rue des Cèdres.
(1) When you reach the Belliard premises, take the path on the right which joins a small road.
(2) At Route des Grandes Places, turn right until you reach the junction with Route du Vigneau (cross). Turn left and then take the first road on the right until you reach the hamlet of La Faucillonnière.
(3) Just before this hamlet, take the path on the right and continue to the hamlet of Saint-Antoine. Take the tarmac road on the right which leads to the Landreau roundabout.
(4) Cross the D80 and, on the other side, take the path on the left that runs alongside the housing estate. Take the first exit on the left (a place called l’Hermitage) and follow the road to the large roundabout on the D752.
(5) Continue straight ahead on the Route de la Salle Aubry (D201) then turn right. Walk along the path that runs alongside the road.
(6) Take the newly created, well-signposted path. Take the second path on the left, pass by a pond and then the Ruisseau de la Jousselinière, and reach a road.
(7) Turn right onto the Chemin de la Roche Talbuteau for 400m, then take the first wooded path on the left, which leads to the finish on the Route de la Chapelle Aubry (E)
