A pleasant hike, with easy-to-find, secure parking at the start.
Halfway along the route, the path winds between marshes and is poorly maintained.
At the end of the season, the passage can be tricky.
This is a hike best done when it is not too hot, but fortunately the return route is well shaded.

Very beautiful hike.
The description is reliable, despite the almost complete absence of signposts.
There is a slight hesitation at point 9, as it mentions one kilometre, but it is a longer distance to Hamel.
Point 12 could be marked as a magnificent picnic spot (benches, etc.), as it is a little over halfway along the hike.
At point 15, continuing on the GR trail shortens the hike by about 2 km.

Nice route, we took the GR 121 at the end to avoid the circular canal route.
